You will join a cross-functional team responsible for how Bolt communicates — both between users and with users.
Your mission is to improve communication features UX while reducing communication costs, improving reliability, and increasing transparency across all channels, including chat, calls, SMS, email, and in-app messages. You will build and evolve the internal communications platform that powers user-to-user interactions and Bolt-to-user notifications, ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Privacy, and Legal to align infrastructure, optimize provider selection, and strengthen communication metrics across all Bolt verticals.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Build and evolve Bolt’s unified communications platform supporting chat, calls, SMS, email, push, and in-app messages.
- Improve reliability, trust, and safety in user-to-user communication by enabling people who speak different languages to communicate effectively, supported by feedback loops and scam prevention mechanisms.
- Optimize provider performance, routing, and delivery success to improve reliability, transparency, and cost efficiency.
- Enable native marketing and operational tooling, driving adoption of in-house SMS and survey solutions while ensuring privacy compliance.
- Establish metrics and cost accountability across all communication flows to guide decision-making and reduce inefficiencies.
What we expect:
- Experience in product management or platform development, with a strong background in content management systems, surveys, or user-facing communication tools.
- Understanding of GDPR, privacy-first design, and consent management best practices.
- Proven ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong technical literacy and ability to partner closely with engineering and design teams on complex platform solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience across multiple business units.
